外国剧集很多旁白真让人觉得浮夸和啰嗦，还好整个故事是以醒悟为开始的结束，男主对生命意义一开始的偏执和追索，都不如最后的爱来得明白。

以前没了解过禅，也就是这两天，读了三本相关的书，觉得是一种平静内心，修心养心的行为认知。 有机会多去了解学习，修为自己，调和情绪。
