上半部分主要讲了深度思维的各种“术”，是可以拿来直接应用的工具，对5why和5so感触比较深，对待任何一个问题，多问一句，多延伸一步，就会找到问题的本质所在。后半部分主要讲了深度思维的“道”，引导我们站在更高的层面去做深层次的思考。最深刻的是最后一章内容，编剧真正给大部分人提供了一个诚肯有效的方法，在一个领域持续专注的努力。 这部剧的优秀在于编剧讲到的的东西都可以落地应用，不像一些纯理论剧集，无法落地，非常值得一读。
